Germination Seeds are very easy to germinate. Seeds need up to 6 months to germinate. Minimum 18°C. Maximum 36°C.
100% germination with no pre-treatment, and in fact one last one came up in the potting soil I had tossed, thinking it was a no go.

Cultivation Ornamental Value: high. Care: very little. Speed of Growth: fast.
Grows about 3 ft./1m per year. Large, ovoid, attractive simple foliage. Small, fierce black thorns on the trunk and stems. More water = more growth, and it's very sturdy, can take a lot of abuse. I have one planted at a local dog park where it gets lots of liquid "attention", and it's growing like a beast.
